"Thanks, just quickly, I know you are probably under the pump, but just to confirm, in the below statement, is the highlighted field to imminently follow the frame work agreement in a different announcement, or is it all part of the framework agreement we are currently waiting for?

ECT Chairman Glenn Fozard commented “We’re working through all the key components necessary to deliver the project framework agreement with NLC and NMDC. Dropping out of this framework agreement will be funding commitments, project timing targets and all the expected terms around planning and approvals, project vehicle structure, ownership, future expansion and even marketing of the outputs.”

This will be covered in the announcement.

The Project Framework Agreement or, as we’re now calling it, the Master Project Agreement, is intended to provide for the subsequent actions including set up of the JV structure based on specialist tax advisory, funding mechanisms and timing, project plan finalisation, project execution and the rest.
