I only say this because I've seen it happen. A friend also invested in UOS in mid 2013. For almost 3 years, book value increased, earnings were good, yet the share price remained where it is.
I held (hence my position); he sold because he thought he could realise a better return elsewhere - that is, he thought the share price would move to fair value or higher in another investment.
Finally - there's probably little value in me continuing. Probably better to return to the higher-yield discussions of the investment merits of UOS itself then for me to waffle on about this.
