Judge...QTK Takeover?...don't think so...more to do with the sorting out other issues...IMO
Possibly a go forward with recent ann with HID.
Telematics in this area are advancing extremly quickly as new software applications (with remote wireless/3G) are providing better and more secure outcomes.
And the entire market is moving very quicly to convergence.
Good volume tho'...will it continue???
