    Sorry motorway, give me probability every time. That has some quantifiable value. Expectation is merely hope which is a poor trading tool.

    In any case there is nothing to deter a re-entry once you are stopped out of a stock. Once out you have an advantage in that you no longer have emotional currency in the stock and can assess it on its merits.

    I have been stopped out a couple of times at what turned out to be the bottom of a dip. It hurts. But then I started buying OEC at 39c 3 or 4 years ago, added on the way up and finally stopped out at 175. Look at it now.
