I guess they are roughly in the same part of the world Tanzania and Malawi do share a common border but I wouldnt call the actual mines very close.

And rok the 13M was a cross trade, it wasnt a buy as such, calling it a 13M buy is very misleading. Cross trades happen for a number of reasons, often they are for internal book keeping purposes. Have a look how many cross-trades occur at tax time.
