There has to be an acqusition on the cards imo,why the need for $5 mill cash ? that would give a budget runway right out to late 2018 .
Another strange thing is why Jason Tompkinson would want his holding to be diluted further ,,something not adding up ,,his language in the offer doc sounds very much like new plans afoot.
