I think your trade idea is good but the problems are those big guys who can move the market Never like to leave theirs money in longer than a month.

I am sure they will talk to each others to bring SP down to IPO level and then buy back when they get inside information from IAM management for the next announcement.

Remembered, the big firms and brokers have direct access inside IAM management info but we don't, except you are top 20 holders. In other words , the market is hardly wrong.

This is why IAM market depth is certainly favour down trend.
