Thanks. I just didn't think they could distribute shares before approval? If it is the case then, they still have the capacity to raise up to $2m according to res.3 ( Resolution 3 seeks Shareholder approval for the issue of up to that number of Shares, when multiplied by the issue price, will raise up to $2,000,000 (Placement) (This current raising for shareholders is only for an est. $1m give and take). maybe it's to cover them if they have an oversubscribtion?
