I must say these type of posts always concern me a tad. Just seems odd a govt department would release such info to a third party. I'm not saying it is not real however I do point to the posters advice to DYOR as well as highlighting the word 'expects'.
Anyways...lets hope it comes off. Been a loooooog wait.
