i had a look at 5 houses there that a agent emailed me ranging from 180k 4/2 neat to 100k 3/1 ordinary.
Prices have already started to move.
I really only wanted to know from a local what was happening in the town.
When he said listings were not lasting very long because of the mining boom (coming).
That was all i wanted to hear.
The town is a buz he said.
I dont want any property there but i wouldnt mind owning the pub.
