I'm a disgruntled share holder too however it always worried me voting against remuneration plans . Don't worry I won't too but I think if the management have no incentives you sort of shoot yourself in the foot . It gives me the you know what's because they can destroy the share price and then heavily incentivise them self to rebuild from a low base . Anyway not sure what I'll do yet . But the protest vote is very tempting
