Strengths:

World class, large tonnage, at surface graphite deposit.

Currently the Largest graphite resource in Tanzania.

Flake distribution skewed towards the Super jumbo, jumbo and large flake.

Multiple results from across the deposit showing TGC exceeding 99% for all flake sizes derived from a simple flotation and crushing process without using toxic chemicals.

Ability to produce Super Jumbo and Jumbo flake concentrate samples for clients up to 99.6% TGC.

Very close proximity to Port.

Fully accessed by good roads.

In a very good position to meet rising strong demand for graphite, rising exponentially over the next decade.

Volt in a position to be a reliable supplier of near to mid term Shortages of graphite being predicted.

World class management and promotional team in Stephen Hunt, Mathew Liew and Eddie Sugar to take on the challenges of marketing and to develop a world class mine.

At the start of an industrial revolution in ground breaking technologies in Electric cars, battery storage, graphene etc.

Potential first mover advantage.

English speaking mining friendly country.

Vacant uninhabited land.

Massive exploration area.

Weaknesses:

Threat of weak global share markets.

Threat of weak global economy.

Opportunities.

Coming electric car disruption.

Development of massive battery storage systems linked with solar.

Qualcomm Halo charging technology being implemented.

Massive rising growth in the expandable graphite market.

Near term very strong PFS.

Mid term very strong BFS.

Very strong possibility of world class, long life mine development proceeding.

Very strong possibility of high basket price for very high quality graphite mined from near surface with low cost extraction.

Rising strong demand for high grade, naturally produced clean graphite.

Strong chance of large long term binding offtake agreements with major manufacturers.

China has hit "Peak graphite" production and will not meet the coming demand.

Very strong near future MOU'S and binding offtake agreements through Michael Lew (focused on Europe and USA) and Stephen Hunt (Asia)

Huge potential for strong funding opportunities through Eddie Sugar EAS.

Very strong opportunity to be leading prospective global supplier of high quality flake graphite.

Threats.

Future dilution to raise funds.

Potential future development of competing battery technologies.
