Monday, 17 October 2016 – Crowd Mobile Limited advises that 15,385,140 ordinary shares in the Company (Escrowed Shares) will be
released from escrow on 30 October 2016 (the date of this announcement being 10
business days prior to the escrow release date).
The Escrowed Shares are held by the vendors of Track Holdings B.V., a company
which Crowd Mobile acquired in October 2015 (Track Acquisition), and were issued
to the holders as partial consideration for the Track Acquisition.
