I think you might be missing a bit yes...... it's clearly still on downtrend.... I'm not sure where are you seeing that it has broken it.
You might need to revisit your TA skills and charts again.
Macs is a great start.
4.0 cents are being tested...... it might be at 3.8 cents by Friday if no support or real news breaks....IMHO
