    re: cost of drilling $200K per day is way more than normal costs.

    Typically will average $300 per foot for a completed well (varies with location, material drilled through as you would expect).

    For this rig there predicted cost was 5.7 million for a planned approx 120-200 days drilling, or about $30K per day.
