We did, but since then posters more knowledgeable than me in this field have disputed the TO theory. Begs the question, all the shorting then would be by traders (Hedge Funds been mentioned). Have they for once got it all wrong? Love to see those shorters burn.
Of course, on the TO front, anything is possible when you back a big angry bear into a corner. Come to think of it , WPL's been very quiet.
