Daytrading is not a job. It fails the 'earn money' test.
If you already have a job, keep it. If you dont, find one.
Create capital by regular saving and investment in good assets (including maximum superannuation). Sensible gearing is advisable.
When you have accumulated enough capital to live off the *income* from your assets, you can start thinking about managing it full time.
At best, full time management off your capital will add an additional 2% pa in excess of what is available through passive investment in good assets. Therefore you would need a substantial 7-figure sum to make it worthwhile compared to the alternative of plying your trade or profession.
