Lol, that's my point exactly. While it doesn't mean outsiders cannot learn how to meet these complex challenges, it does illustrate quite nicely that training and experience speaks volumes on competancy in government. I think that's why the lesser party's have a tendency to simplify issues and amplify the fear on unfavourable outcomes, because they haven't got the political capital or experience, and are doing whatever they can to be heard.
