Have you thought if it was open slather what it would do to the price of uranium? Would it continue to go up and why? Would BHP be happy - what kind of tests would any exploration company have to peform in order for them to become a producer. Would everyone be granted a licence? Who would buy and what type of market would be created? What would PDN, ERA & BHP think - would they lobby? Who would create the mills and at what cost? What would happen when the U price slumps - who would survive and why? Will the electorate become convinced? Should we sell to India? Environmental costs? Waste? The Greens.
