Looks like someone is achieving their goal of driving the price down. If it was a large holder just wanting out, I don't believe this is the procedure they would use. Definitely manipulation in my book.
If the price was going up at this rate, there would be a speeding ticket. Nothing happens when going in the opposite direction!
