IMO there are risks with all mining, Hitting a historical Stoping is unlucky, are you aware FGR are mining in a historical shaft ? I can't see any study predicting a historic stoping, the only way it could be detected is if you were lucky enough to hit it when drilling.
I have no problem with FGR's method of mine planning / operation. drilling, DHTEM survey followed by more drilling, It takes a lot of the risk out of the project, with minimal costs to share holders.
