At the risk of buying into something I would much rather leave to others I must say that, as always, your interpretation can be interpreted another way - in fact probably several ways:
For instance, maybe Dana and Premier weren't the slightest bit interested when approached and the Hardman board took the only bid they could get as they had already, for some still inexplicable reason, decided to sell - whether it was a good bid or not.
And as for mergers "SOMETIMES" being better - that means "not all the time" - as the end result will often bear out.
As you have said many times Acamas you are only interested in why this is all occurring - as are many of us - but maybe if you took a more objective interpretation of things it would help.
