    Just on a side note....

    Everyone has their own experience when contacting the company.

    I called this morning and left a message at 1034 and had a call back at 1043 by the person I was requesting to speak too. I have NO special relationship with anyone there and as such am afforded NO special treatment.

    Not sure why no one else has had a response.
