Does anyone know anything more about the TMP other than that we are waiting for it? Time frame?

Also..

Is all construction work prohibited at the site until the traffic plan is complete? The photos Robbo posted were great but I was a bit dismayed to see the site seeming *completely* untouched. Would have been nice to see even the earliest signs of work happening up there...

Seems like dope smoking, gorse growing and graffiti is still the only thing really going on up there.
