Several ways to overcome the machine versus human influence:
1. Buy and sell on your expectation of future value, not on emotional daily movements
2. If these daily movements bother you, then start buying and selling daily going for the pennies and miss the big investment picture.
3. Don't panic buy or sell. Buy or Sell on research, not boredom.
In the black and white days, people bought and sold on research and advice. Now they look at the buy and sell columns on their iPhones and panic.
