re: secures repair project in usa Agreed jct,the sub 50c days will soon be a thing of the past. No more "big" anns on small jobs,the paint brushes may be left to go hard for awhile. Likewise no more day traders controlling the sp.Future ann's will only get better......
A slow but steady increase in the sp is what is needed from now.
60-75c tops by January /February end
