while I have had limited dealings with Matthew Sullivan personally, I am in an industry with mining ties and lived and worked in Kalgoorlie for 3 years and during that time have heard nothing but positive comment on him. I do know one of the other directors and he admits that they have been spending their time on the projects rather than promotion of the company in the past, probley to the detriment of the share price. Once the production commences the market should take notice and reprice accordingly.
