Montec .. you say " if management had done wrong, then the right authorities would deal with them."
If management have done wrong legally then the authorities will deal with them HOWEVER if management does wrong by the shareholders (typicall arrogance and shifty behaviour ) then perhaps we can get into a position where we can deal with them
