thx for the positive feed back. This article occured in our German message board as well so it was double-use to look at this presentation. The rights issue over here in Germany is fully signed as far as I have heard and my broker gave me a call for another 56,000 rights that were not executed and of course I took them. Unfortunately I couldn't join with my major account in HK but I will switch it to Denmark now.
As far as HEU; MOX, LEU and all this other enrichment stuff is concerned I'm convinced that this article is launched by the emerging producer lobby in order to put some pressure to the US Government. Remember back in the 90ies under the Clinton administration the Government spun off USU.NYSE the Government run enrichment entity and stuffed them up with 90m lb of uranium as far as my memory serves me correct. They started selling this stuff into the market in order to pay their investors dividends and caused a huge decline of the uranium price. IMO they have learnt their lesson and - hey come on - 5m lb of uranium is nothing compared to the huge supply/demand deficit. Last week USU.NYSE they sealed a deal to provide some further u3o8 to some US-located utilities and this is what the story is about - to help the US-utilities a bit.
As you correctly said - this was announced around mid of August (well before Cigar Lake desaster) and I can't remember any complaints about that in the media.
