    and the underwriters cop a five year .20 option for their ''trouble'' ..... a one free option for every three ordinary shares held on Jan 1 would have done far more to advance the intrests of the company and loyal holders ....

    its going up after this shakedown, but i'm sorry to say it smells, it smells bad.
