I thought that too initially with JP having that massive sell order at 31c.

However, would it not also make sense for a potential bidder to have spoken to JP's before and organised an off-market purchase of their significant holding. That is generally considered the most effective way to gain a significant holding.

If they already have someone lined up to pinch a significant holding off (ANZ??), then I don't know why anyone else would agree to sell in order to keep the share price down. Apart from the fact it is highly illegal, what is in it for the seller?? They can't put on market sells and then take some extra cash on the side, that is market manipulation...
