gosnells, maddington, thornlie - armadale area..
rockingham area. esp port kennedy, mandurah
ellenbrook, beechboro, bennett springs estate, (alot a first home buyers feeling the punch here)
parmelia, orelia, medina
leeming, willetton, bulls creek.
developers in southern river we deal with just reduced there blocks of land from $300,000 of which they sold them all ONE MONTH AGO to $260,000 now. Many other developers following as well.
sue12. A good indicator that we use every week in the Sunday Times, Real Estate Guide. Look at the last pages of this section. It LISTS the amount of properties on the each suburbs. A good indicator of where your suburb is sitting at the moment in the market. However, over the next couple of weeks to Xmas, it is VERY decieving as alot of Agents are on holidays and don't open, hence won't be in the paper.
My firm uses RPDATA, to our information.
Records all perth sales, everything currently on the market etc. Very up to date and because we are dealing with major bank lending, we got to have a pulse on market because its my balls on the line if we are wrong.
