Voting 'No' from my end as well.... I would envisage Tullow need to change terms of SOA to successfully gain control of Hardman. If I have held HDR for this long... I think I can hold out for much much longer.
It appears from reading posts from long-term HDR shareholders that there is a bias towards a "No' vote. I also think they are pretty much in the same boat as I am - long term shareholders that want to extract the maximum value from their shareholding - and clearly, Tullow's bid does not cut the mustard!
My view - don't want to give away this company cheap to some UK E&P firm just because they think it fits their growth strategy - I say bump up terms of SOA or move on.... we are being played by HDR mgmt and we have clearly not been adequately looked after by the board!
