re: chart of zinc here is something that might interest some. Here is a chart of Zinc from 1840



Evidently you see its littered with these spikes/busts.

Naturally die hard supports of Zinc will throw back its different this time. This is not the first time in world history a country has done what China has done. You have had, in recent history, Japan, ASEAN-4, NIE's.

Chinas growth rates is high but in line with what these countrie(s) did when they took off.

China is much larger... agreed... but zinc's price is much higher as well.
