Please refer to my previous post re: Leapin. i.e. I am not at all concerned. However if you are concerned you could always do a @gallea and contact the company yourself. When it comes to your own hard-earned, nothing beats being a pro-active investor IMHO.
As for Nextfaze, my understanding is that Xerts is pretty much developed and ready for commercialisation as per the showcasing of the technology at the Singapore Microsoft event (coffee anyone?). The successful presentation has resulted in current 'next steps to commercialisation' discussions with Microsoft.
Therefore am uncertain whether we are still working with Nextfaze or whether perhaps some of the ongoing tasks have been transferred over to Codium. Again, if you are concerned then you could always contact the company.
