Thanks for that. I did say 75% of the shares in issue not the shareholders. My thinking was that for example if 800 million shares are in issue they need 600 million of them cast and perhaps they are not sure they will reach that 75% figure based on current returns so they are persuing shareholders that have no yet cast their votes. From their point of view the worst thing a shareholder could do is abstain. Is that thinking wrong?
