The Launch of last night was from all accounts successful, they have successfully launched all the companies under educationco.com, now for BA from what i have heard the moving of BA under educationco was one of the many reasons for the privatisation of SIO. I think the SR deal was undervalued to begin, but now the issue is are they too far into the deal and the need for privatisation that the offer will be able to be increase substantially 70/80c or possibly more still cheap compared to the IPO.
