...hmmmif your valuers are so great why do they continue to ask agents for their input????....according to your statements your companies experience would not require input from an agent.....and heres a little story to prove it....my friend offered $480k on land in Carrabooda, 80% borrow, valuers put $380k on it, he pulled out only to find it immediately sell for $480k and then 1.5 years later sell again for %615k
