your right it but it is not a one off....I would be t every $$ to my name that well established agents are asked daily for their input by valuers.......and what is annoying about that.....valuers charge for their information and agents dont.....maybe that says the agents are dumber than the valuers????? hmmmm......which takes us away from the the real issue.....fact is mortagagee sales is rife in the east....not here.......fact is you cannot make statements accross the board now(generalisation) as it has become a more traditional market where the subrurbs will have their swings...fac
