I beleive you are right and capping is going on though IMO it will not last long, once todays announcment sinks in this will move higher. Keep in mind the application for drilling permits has already been submitted and the reason for this was to speed the process so when tennement permits are confirmed then drilling permits will be ready too.
Right now we are expecting the following news
1. Announcment regarding more samplings and completion of the drilling plan.
2. Announcment of approval of drilling permits.
3. Announcment of approval of 7000 hectares of exploration ground.
4. Announcment of drill rigs being deployed and drilling start.
I'm expecting these announcments to happen quickly and i wouldnt be selling now rather buying.
My estimate is 160 million market cap by December if all goes to plan.
