PGN have a subsidiary telecommunications company called PGASCOM so joining the dots we have a guy working for us that at one point in time was working for both companies simultaneously.
He started at tv2u in Feb 13 and he finished with PGN and Government ICT election consultant in August 2014! The President elected is still current BTW...
