Just having a beer with the developer of a block of apartments I'm rendering and he says he's off to Texas next month. He's an active investor in all sorts of things (spread portfolio) and he has contacts high up in investment circles providing intel on the future of oil. He's part of a group meeting in Texas to invest in a certain oil exploration/discovery/production etc etc. with a 3-5 yr plan. He says he has good knowledge that the price of oil is expected to surpass the previous high of $120 p/b and reach figures more like $140-$170 per barrel by next year.

Our consumption rate exponentially increasing, supply nowhere near enough and lack of new well discoveries etc etc. (we all know the drill pardon the pun) and this can only mean very good news for the likes of 88E and fellow sites in Nth America.
