It seems they cared enough to desperately post some facts and some opinions on HC, but not enough to put out an ASX announcement.

This might suggest that a lot of the statements were more opinions than facts. The risk of a formal announcement might have triggered another please explain.

Either Management know much more about the characters and relationships within Graphenera and they are not willing to divulge any of it or they are still scratching their backsides wondering what happened.

Both scenarios should give any investor a very clear understanding of the credibility of Management and their associates.
