2 of the 4 directors who exercised their options also sold just enough shares to cover the cost of exercising those options, suggesting they aren't planning any more selling in the next couple of days at least. Perhaps they wanted to get the cap gains clock ticking ASAP with a view to selling in 12 months time, that is one possibility.
Don't hold at the moment but watching closely.
