re: placements I would rather the company financing their expansion through their own placements and enter a 2nd phase of production (to quickly almost double it) sooner with no debt. To me, any short term weakness in price gives shareholders with a long term goal a great chance to expand their holdings. You complain that you couldn't buy at 77c, buy you're not buying at under 70c? The company is always going to be traded, but these levels won't last long. Buy some shares and you'll feel better in a few weeks.
