@vjind, as a shareholder in the top 5. I would've expressed my concerns to Tom and I don't see an issue to get on his back if he is lacking with info. Poor communication from Tom/Nick isn't a new issue mind you.
I am abit conflicted. Divan deal is still going at this stage after 6+ months from the deal was signed
