worth a small holding...

    Footprints all over this...

Both before and after the announcement.

The significance is not in the "value" equated to incomes at present, but the "value" of the operations once viable (read profitable)

Whist making a loss, they are worth nothing...even less given the failures strewn about them (MUL, etc)...as such the only real value attributable to company relates to the "potential" for success...maybe?

This has been upgraded somewhat with the most recent announcement in my view.

I love these turn around stories; a stock typically undervalued, unloved, is sold off for fear of failure and eventual zero dollar value for holders...THEN...suddenly things fall into place, new efforts make an impact and we have a viable business model with a chance for real value to be achieved.

Some parts of the market love to jump on such opportunities at their embryonic stage (3 months ago), some like to jump aboard at the first tangible signs the turnaround has begun (now), whilst others will wait for one or more consecutive quarterlies before making their move.

All legitimate strategies in their own right.

Traders will play with this no doubt...this is to be expected with such a low priced stock...but they will be particularly attracted to NWT due to the underlying turnaround story, volumes available and likelyhood for newsworthy events and/or corporate incentive.

Closest comparison I can think of is perhaps TOX...not for the technology obviously, but for the nature of the market response to their turnaround story, the first signs of which began to appear when they were 2c.

It took a while, but TOX eventually took off...with confirmation from the quarterlies...lol...and once the accumulators let it that is!

Different game plan here, with the likelyhood of a corporate "fix" to the register along the way...and placements here and there?

But the process does look to have begun.

In my view however, the eventual "value" for NWT shareholders will not be what they can earn from their business model, but what it might be "worth" to others.

Perhaps a good stock to buy a few and put away without too many expections.

    Cheers!
