    is this wrong or correct?

    at 2.5 cents, the TSN market cap was $48M for a 25% interest in TSi India

    today's announcement states that TSN will buy the other 75% of TSi India for $48M

    therefore, 100% of TSi India is worth $64M

    therefore, TSN is currently worth $16M or 0.8 cents per share based on the acquisition price

    is this wrong or correct?
