It looks like they've given more clear instructions for absentee voters this time which is good. Would be great if there was actually a majority against one of the resolutions this time. I really don't think a further 10% issue capacity is required especially considering they already have 15% capacity every single year and are expecting positive cash flow in the near future.

I personally would prefer debt to further capital raising at this stage. Any more unnecessary dilution is just taking the piss. Anyone voting against??
