Isis who have been a problem in a small way will somehow get their hands of money, arms and will mount a sustained terrorist war in the Philippines. Eventually the president will be ousted.
They may be able to sanction their financial and banking system as well.
Enter China, things may be different if China moves in, they have the ability to break financial and military strangle holds.
Russia is probably waiting in the wings as well I would say.
This whole thing will place pressure on Australia to take a more active roll in the South China sea.
